Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I cannot pay for a judgment against me. The judgement was for a long-term marriage. I am no longer employed because of my illness. I am only collecting SS Should I go to the court to tell them that I can no longer pay for the judgement against me or wait for my ex-wife to take me to court.

Being unable to pay is no defense if you owe the money. If you have no assets, their judgment

will be uncollectable.
