Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently pay 1100 per month in child support for two children as the non custodial parent in Florida. I have the children 100 nights per year. How will the new laws regarding child support taking effect in 2011 affect my obligation?

Child support is based on the income of both parents. Unless your income has increased substantially, I doubt that there will be any change.
