Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Paying alimony to ex-wife who will not work

I have paid alimony to my ex-wife for 12 years and for the last 5 years she does not work. She has no job and does not want to work. She is able to work, no handicaps. How can she not work. If I were not working and paying alimony I would be forced to work just to support her......I do think it is right

Re: Paying alimony to ex-wife who will not work

Since she is not working she may be entitled to increase in alimony. Leave it alone.
