Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If im paying child support and it automatically comes out of my tax refund will it also affect my wifes refund if we file married but seperate?

I have yet to see the refund come out of wife's check if husband is the one in arrears, if filed separately.

If you file married but separate - then your wife's income will not be affected.
