I am paying child support but my kid mom is not allowing me to see her. What can I do so that I can go see her and take her for a couple hours?

the forms can be found on Florida Family Law forms on google and/or clerk of court page. They are simple. If you are on the birth certificate and you were ordered Child Support, then open the file back up and file a Supplementary Petition for Visitation, Custody and Child Support. By having visitation your child support will be reduced.

Child Support and Visitation are totally in Florida. If you are already granted Visitation by a court order file a Motion for Enforcement of your visitation. If no court order you need to file a Petition to Establish.
