Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am paying the medical, dental, vision insurance on my step daughter, when the judge set final support order, because I am a third party the money I spend to support my step daughter was not allowed into my husbands figures. In turn no one was ordered to provide the medical, dental, or vision insurance on my step daughter. Do I have any legal ramifications against his ex for her portion of the insurance bills?

If this is not his child, he is not responsible for her medical, dental and/or vision. You should be getting those funds from the child's bio dad.

If you have an attorney or your spouse has an attorney you need to speak with them as they are familiar with the facts involved.
