My ex which pays child support is moving out of state. What are the visitation rights?

The law doesn't provide for specific visitation rights for parents who move out of state, though some counties do offer some general guidelines. It's up to the parents to decide what's best for the kids. Many parents agree that the out-of-state parent should get Thanksgiving and Spring break, half of Winter break, a big portion of the summer, and some rare weekends if the other parent visits Florida. But these are just some ideas.

If the parents can't agree, a judge has to decide.
