Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex already pays child support to 2 other women. He is aware of the law that says they can only take a certain % of his disposable income. Can I file a motion to deviate from child support guidelines and ask for more?

Yes you can do that, not likely the court will grant the request.

Depends. Is your child the first child - if so, you could in fact receive more income.
