Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If two people are considered BFF's (best friends forever) can they legally draw up a contract or other document that would make this legally binding or official? If so, what type of agreement would it be and where would it be registered? What would the general costs be and what would they receive to prove they did this? I am not a nut case but a mother who is considering having this done for my daughter and her best freind as a Christmas present. Thank you very much.

As a mom for a Christmas present, you can have a non-legally binding, but totally official looking document drawn-up naming them BFFs. Again, non-legally binding, but totally fuzzy as a Christmas present. If you understand and just want a nice piece of paper to give the kids for Christmas, I could put together some good words for a suitable Christmas present price. But, understand, it's not legally binding to promise another you will never hurt them. They can 'break-up' next week, and you can't look to the contract if they start gossiping about each other.

I like this idea better than the kids getting matching tattoos!

There is no such thing as an enforceable best friend forever contract.
