Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Can permanent periodic alimony be terminated ,it says modifiable in the final decree? My final divorce decree also states this is for me until I die(or x dies) or I remarry. Many thanks.

Generally, alimony can be modified if there has been a substantial change in circumstances since the issue was last addressed by the Court. Alimony can also be terminated if the party receiving it is in a supportative relationship as defined by the applicable statute.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
