Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a permanent restraining order against someone. This person also went to jail on aggravating stalking charges but entered a plea deal for probation if voluntarily enters an injunction. Is challenging the injunction now easy? The restraining order is in FL.

He has a right to challenge it, however if he is in jail he will likely lose.
