Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I know a person who had their employer write a letter to state child support services that they only make $800 a month so that they do not have to pay $3000 a month in child support. This is not me he is paying the support to by the way, just someone I know. This persons rent for their condo is $2400 a month alone... This person stated to me this is how they were avoiding having to pay the child support. I talked to the ex-wife and told her what her ex-husband was doing and to request a child support evaluation. He has threatened her. She is afraid of him and will not report this herself. He is still breaking the law is he not? And the attorney he works for I would think (Already reported the attorney to the florida bar, which came back and said I didn't have enough proof. Well of course I don't, its not legal for me to get a copy of anything that would prove this) Is there anything I can do to bring this thief to justice?

Well just for kicks why don't you have the IRS investigate the employer by giving them the letter that the ex gave to the court. Perhaps there is some unpaid taxes?
