Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can be done when a person is served with a

temporary injuction for protection against domestic violence where the petitioners sworn statement is in its entirety are knowingly false and untrue. In checking with internet It seems that Florida courts

do not consider perjury as a crime. I am the respondent and need advise. Thank you

Be sure to attend the hearing - show proof of total lies so that the injunction will not be issued and then as the police department to file charges for a false report.
