personal property vs. marital property

My husband was using my car registered in my name only.

He left with it and I don't know where he is.

Can I report the car stolen?

It will not be considered a theft if a spouse takes the other spouse's vehicle. If you were to file a divorce at some point, you could seek to be reimbursed in that case. Tom Rosenblum
