Personal Property/Seperation

Can my husband, whom I am seperated from and who is residing in our marital home, throw out my belongings.

Depends on what you mean by "your belongings." If the property belonged to you before you got married, he needs to have a good reason for disposing of the property or he could be liable to you.

If you obtained the property after the two of you got married, it may be his property as much as yours, and he may be able to get rid of it.

If you are in a divorce, there may be a court order in existence that forbids him from disposing of any pproperty.
