maritial father with judgment stating legal rights to child also diologicial father also has perternity action and judgement stating rights and change of name of child. which one has rights

Hard to tell from information. Obviously this did not happen in same jurisdiction, nor does it tell us which came first. Looks like you may have a legal father (by marriage) and a biological father (by DNA)/
