To whom does one petition for clarification of a motion order that has been granted. Does this require a new motion for clarification?

If you don't understand an order because it contains an ambiguity (it's equally subject to two meanings) or it's vague (a lawyer could not understand it because the judge or magistrate who wrote it left something out or made a clear mistake or typo), you can file a motion for clarification with the magistrate or judge who wrote the order.
