Petition to the court to dissolve prior placement of neice and nephews by dcf
Where would I be able to get a form, to ask the court to dissolve a prior guardianship for my neice and nephews, as they were placed by dcf with someone else, and I would like to petition the court, for them to be placed with me. Also, I live in the same state but different city of the case would I need to file in the city I live in or the city the case is in.

You would need to file a Petition to Dissolve guardianship in the County where the Guardianship was established. You may be able to obtain the forms either in the Clerk of Court's Office. I would also suggest you contact the local county Bar Association.
