Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, do I need to use the petition for dissolution with children if the only child in our marriage is my son who my husband (his step dad) did not adopt, or do I use the form without children since custody isn't a factor? Also, will we still need to attend the divorce with children class? Thank you for your help.
