Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am from the Philippines and my husband is from USA. He married me and brought me to USA. I get my green card renewed in July but my husband will not help me renew my green cards and says he is going divorce me and send me back to Philippines. What do I do? I do not want to go back to Philippines I want to stay in US. Please help I have no money except what my husband gives me and he abuses me by yelling and hitting me. I don't know what to do or if I can go somewhere.

You have to file for exempt status with BCIS and also file a claim for alimony.
