Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can I pick up my daughter on my weekend from school, without her mothers permission? My ex wife is refusing my right to court ordered visitaion, which is supposed to be every other weekend. She is also refusing to give me an adress and to accept child support. I recently contacted DCF with worries of neglect and possible abuse on my daughter from her mother. So I held my daughter for a few days, and then my ex wife got an emergancy pick up order, and got my daughter back from me. Now she is refusing me any kind of contact or letting me get her for my weekend. Also forcing me to miss holidays, and my daughter to miss her brother's birthday, and birthday party. Do I have to try to handle this in the County that we were divorced in? Or can I do this within the couts of the County that I live in? I cant afford an attourney, and this is the second time in 4 yrs that my ex wife has refused to let me see my daughter for a long time. She knows that if she withholds my daughter from me that she can have prumary custody taken away from her, and givin to me, but she also knows that she will not have to honor that until it is written to her from a court order, so she is going to rerfuse me until then. Please help soon

Do yourself a favor - get an attorney. Many will take a payment plan. Your wife is in contempt - file a contempt order, set a hearing date and serve her.
