Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am not sure if i am at the right place but I have a friend & his son has lived with his dad for the last couple years. His sister just moved down from NY & moved into the house with her family. Now she wants he dad to kick him & his son out of the house. My friend is unemployed at the time & has had a couple seizures. Does my friend have any legal rights to prevent her from doing this
