Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am planning to file for divorce in Florida. I have been married for over 14 years. My husband gave me (as personal gifts to me) over 8 years ago two expensive watches, a Presdiential Rolex and a Cartier. Would these watches be considered non - marital property?

No, those would be considered marital property. Even gifts between spouses are considered marital property.
