Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Porno Parent

My ex husband seems to have a fixation with pornography. I am aware that he is emailing porno stars as well as men/women from adult chat websites and adult club sites on the internet and soliciting sexual meetings, etc. I am concerned that this activity takes place while our daughter is in his care (during his visitation time). Some of the ''descriptions'' of these individuals include ''enjoys role playing incest'' among other things. I am concerned about my daughters safety and exposure to this behavior. Is this grounds for limited or supervised visitation? I think he needs help. Can you please offer some legal advice?

Re: Porno Parent

Can you prove your allegations? Assuming that you can, then you should consider filing a Petition for Modification of Child Custody. You would ask for termination of his visitation and in the alternative for supervised visitation.

You should schedule a formal consultation with a lawyer. A good means of obtaining an attorney referral is by contacting your State's bar association or your local county bar association. They probably have a web site and charge a nominal fee for the referral. Most attorneys either provide a free initial consultation, or charge a nominal fee.
