post nup failer to comply

Whatif my wife does not comply with the post nup regrading my visitiation and her leaving the state with my children.she signed a agreement with notery and witnesses? What would be her pelenty or my recource if she does leave state or does not honor visitation rights. or any conditions of agreement?
