Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Post-divorce, Mother "back-door" changes the name of daughter. By back-door I mean, she doesn't legally change it, just on all school documents. Do I have recourse?

I suggest you file a Petition of Contempt to deliberately interfer with visitation and communication with the child and the child's activities. GEt a hearing date and serve her - have your evidence ready. It is possible that you will get custody.
