Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

postnuptial agreement

my father has a trust that he and my mother made out - he remarried after her death, but wishes the trust to be carried out as originally planned. the lady he married of course said she didn't want anything - they did not do a prenuptial agreement - however my father has cancer and went to his attorney to see that things are in order - he told him to do a postnuptial agreement - he had to give her a lot more and she finally signed it but we have no attorney signing for her - she wrote she had been advised by an attorney and she understood what document says and wanted to sign against attorney advice. Will this stand up in court - I think she wants more and so do her 2 children.,

Re: postnuptial agreement

If she understood what she was signing, her signature is all that is needed.
