Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Postnuptial Agreement

I am filling out a postnuptial agreement. It states ______________ will be the main provider and wish to establish a claim for alimony for the other Party in the form of Monthly Payments.

My husband will be the main provider and will being paying me in monthly payments so I do put his name correct? The wording has me a little confused.

Re: Postnuptial Agreement

The wording has me a little confused, too. We don't use the term "main provider" in Florida family law. I suppose your husband's name goes there, but since you are probably talking about a considerable amount of money over a long period of time, you should see a lawyer, who can use a form that is appropriate under Florida law.
