Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Power of attorney

Okay since the lastest one is valid... It is not my mother in laws preference that he is the power of attorney. Is there anything I can do? Im going to get a lawyer but is there anything I can do to get his revoked? Since I live with my mother in law he is evicting me and her grand children from the premises. Can he do that? Thank you for your help!

Re: Power of attorney

Yes. The power of attorney can evict you. You can challenge the validity of the power of attorney in court. Otherwise, you can do nothing. You dont have any athority to do anything. You are not the person who is giving power of attorney. The mother in law can give the power of attorney to whom ever she wants to and can do it as many times as she wants.
