Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Right to Power of attorney
my mom recently starting becoming forgetful, lost, paranoid, and untrusting. She was just forced to retire early at 62. Her brother without our knowledge had her sign power of attorney of her. This is my mom and I'm an only child. How do I get that right over him? He is basically taking control over my mom and leaving me and my wife out who has been trying to care for her. He is her only brother.

You may have to bring an action to have the POA revoked or deemed invalid.
