power of attorney

I am the mother of a 16 year old and I live in Florida. I need to turn power of attorney over to my brother in law and he lives in Tennessee and my son now lives with him. I need to know which state I need to print the form from off the website formsguru

Curious, what are trying to accomplish with the power of attorney?

You will likely need to provide a Power of Attorney based on Tennessee law, unless the POA relates to property or assets in the state of Florida. You will also need to determine if what you are trying to accomplish can be done through a POA, or if some other vehicle is required.
