Does a Power of Attorney override Marriage in Florida? A friend is married but does not trust her husband at all. She recently signed a Durable POA designating an agent to act on her behalf "just in case" If anything does happen to her, incapacity or death, will the POA stand up against her husband?

When she dies, the POA also dies.
