I am pregnant and i know for a fact that my babys father and hisroomates use drugs and keep them in there house. How can i keep my child from being subjected to his home?

When your child is born, you can file a petition to establish paternity and timesharing to set up a schedule. If you are concerned about baby's health and safety because of the drug situation, then you can address these concerns with the petition and present before the Judge who will ultimately decide what's in your child's best interests.
