Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am pregnant and moving out of state. I want to know all rights the babys father has when I move and does he have to pay child support. I really don't want him coming to see the baby and just up and leaving with him.

Assuming he files for paternity, he has the same rights as you, including a right to fight for custody. Also, you should speak with a family law attorney before you move out of the state. There are a few judges who think it isn't allowed without court permission, though the relocation statute doesn't specifically cover pregnant women.
