Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a prenump was written when the husband was rich say worth 2 million... and offered his wife 200,000 if she divorces him.. then 10 years later, he has nothing left after spending it all with her.. she files for divorce...now she wants 200,000 and he does not have it.. is the prenump still valid and if so, how will he pay her with no money.. only asesst is the house.. worth 180,000.
