Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

prenuptial agreement, family law

my husband did not list all of his

assets or any liabilities, i sign as i

read for 1st time 3 days before

marriage with the attorney my

husband sent me to who have a

office cross the hall from the attorney

who wrote the prenup (he represent

my husband in divorce) has co-concel

with with that attorney several times

in pass, english is my 2nd language

and the attorney did not tell me that

the prenup is completely one sided

and my husband get 100% marital

assets, there are 2 pages in case we

have children which i now

understand is against us law, we

have no children and the marriage

was over 3 years, there are also

wrong dates on prenup saying he

sign 2002(we do not know each

other) should this prenup be found

invalid or valid and do you have any

specific case law which could help

me?

There is case law that if you were a victim of fraud or undue influence, the pre nup agreement is invalid.
