Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Pre-Nuptial Agreement

If I get married to a woman in the State of Florida and do not get a prenuptial agreement is she eligible for alomony even after day one. There will be a child involved and I am willing to pay child support without question. Is this a community property state or would I take out of the marriage what I brought into it.

Thank you.

Re: Pre-Nuptial Agreement

As a general rule you must have a "long term marriage" before alimony is required. Generally no alimony from day one.
