Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I have a prenuptial agrrement with my husband and I put his ex girlfriend in it under a custody section denying her claims that she might try to make on me for childsupport and the Court of Clerk Noterized it as a real legal document do I have to notify her of it?

You'd have to give me more details, because I' not sure I'm clear on what you are asking, but as a general rule, a "custody" section in a prenuptial is invalid. It's stricken from the agreement. Also, a prenuptial is between two fiances. You can't bind someone else in a prenuptial agreement.
