Prenuptials

I am getting married for the first time and this will be my husbands third marriage, no children involved. We did not realized the details to be considered withsigning a pre maritial agreements/prenuptial and the date of marriage is coming up soon. If both parties agree can a marriage agreement be signed after the marriage has taken place.
