Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello. I am presently paying $950.00 a month child support for two children. My daughter turned 18 in June 2011 and I do not have to pay for her child support anymore. I have not adjusted anything and have been paying the 950 each month. How can I address how much just my son would cost and what do I do? Thanks.

You need to contact the Child Support Enforcement Department - give them a new Financial Affidavit. They will request one from your ex as well and they will determine the amount actually due. If you have overpaid, they will deduct it from her.
