Primary Car Giver
I live in Florida and have joint custody of our two kids with my ex-husband. I want to be destinated as the primary care giver. How do I go about doing this and also how to I prove that it is the best interest for my children to be with me?

First answer the question Why? If your answer is compelling you may have a shot at convincing a judge that you should be primary. You will need to go to court and present the evidence tha you feel is persuasive.
