Now after all these years he is trying to prove paternity and get the, to use of child support order to change custody to 50/50 and do a parenting plan. I have always been fair alternate holidays w HE GETS EVERY OTHER WEEKEND Friday thru mo day 8:20 am. And every wed til tour morning. Now he doesn't wanna pay insurance or child support any chance a judge will push us to mediate? I want to keep it as is and he has the burden to prove substantial change in circumstance

You should hire a lawyer to represent you in the case. He has the right to try for 50/50 custody.
