Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Primary Custody

My son has filed for a divorce as his wife left with the children without my sons knowledge They were living with me at the time.She moved to Va. After one month she called and had us meet her to get the children they have been living with my son for over a year now. His wife moved in with her boyfriend approx three month after meeting him in Va. The children were born and raised here in Fl. We cannot afford an attorney and trying to do everything ourselves and are getting lost in the system. Please help us
