Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have primary custody of my son, can I switch schools without his fathers permission? Also how can I enforce the visitation that he is allowed? His father keeps him out late on school nights and sometimes does not bring him home at all and he is only 8.

what does your documents state. If no mention of which school to attend and that you do not have to agree to this issue in your papers, then no. As to enforcing visitation as outlined - you can file a contempt against him and set a hearing.
