Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the primary parent of my 3 children and I have move 28.8 miles from their father who has visits Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other weekend. The father is responsible for the pick up of the children when it is his day to get the children from my home or from school, just as we do it now Can I transfer the children school to the school in our area?
