Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Privacy on Computer

First: Is it legal for a parent to take their 18 year old child's computer from them that they have given to them? Also, do they have the right to add a program such as ''Spector Pro'' which is an advanced keylogger? Do 18 years olds have any right to privacy?
