Pro se costs

Can a person Pro Se be awarded cost and consultation fees to attorneys for advise regarding case?

I have never seen it done and do not anyone else that has. Courts generally do award costs to the prevailing party, especially if asked for in the pleadings or the course of the lawsuit.

If you don't ask for then, you'll never know.

I don't think the courts have ruled on the issue, but if you had a bill to prove that you paid the attorney fees, I don't see why not. As to costs, such as filing fees, deposition costs, subpoena costs, etc., your answer is yes.
