Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Pro se forms

I called my local courthouse and they stated that I could not file for step parent adoption pro se. They said it had to be through a paralegal or attorney. If this true? If so, how can they expect us to pay for something we can't afford?

Contact the county or state lawyer referral service; they have programs for low income clients. Google your county, state and lawyer referral.
