Going Pro Se
Before trial, can I depose my ex, when his lawyer deposes me? I am Pro Se in a relocation case??

Even though you are pro se, you have the same right to take his deposition as his lawyer does to take yours. And, yes, time permitting, you can take his deposition at the same time.
However, I can't stress how bad an idea it is to go up against a lawyer in any family law case, especially a relocation case. Relocation cases are complicated and tricky. Going up against a lawyer is legal suicide. I know, I know, you can't afford a lawyer. In a relocation case, you can't afford NOT to have a lawyer.
