Probable Cause Affidavit same as Active Warrant?

The detective filed a Probable Cause Affidavit regarding a stalking/violation of restraining order...

Is this the same as having an Active Warrant?

The detective hasn't called me back to clarify, and I just want to be sure before I tell court baliff that there is a warrant out for my ex's arrest

No, they aren't the same, but tell the bailiff anyway. The bailiff will then determine if he or she has the power to arrest your ex.
